How does a Pop Corner popcorn fundraiser work?

Pop Corner fundraisers are designed to be simple for schools, teams, and organizations. Your group sells Pop Corner popcorn and treats using the provided order forms, collects orders and payments, and submits one final group order to Pop Corner. We prepare and package the order for your scheduled pickup or delivery.

How much does our group earn?

Your group earns 25% profit on every fundraiser sale. There are no upfront product costs—your participants collect payment as they sell, and your group submits one final payment to Pop Corner with the completed order.

It’s a simple way to raise money while offering supporters handcrafted Pop Corner popcorn and treats they’ll actually enjoy.

How long should we run our fundraiser?

We recommend running your Pop Corner fundraiser for 2–3 weeks. This gives participants plenty of time to collect orders without letting the fundraiser drag on too long.

Before your fundraiser begins, we’ll work with your group to establish an order deadline and pickup or delivery date so everyone knows the timeline from the start.

What popcorn products can we sell?

Your fundraiser can offer a variety of Pop Corner popcorn and treats, including Salted, Caramel, Confetti, Cheddar, and White Cheddar popcorn, along with favorites like our Piece O’Cake Box, Popcorn Balls, Snack Pack, and Pop Corner Starter Pack.

Everything is handcrafted in small batches using locally grown Nebraska popcorn, giving your supporters plenty of delicious options while helping your group reach its fundraising goal.

How do we submit our final order?

Once your fundraiser is complete, your group coordinator will collect the individual order forms and submit the final group totals to Pop Corner by the agreed deadline.

We prefer a single payment from the group for the complete fundraiser order. Once everything is submitted, we’ll prepare and pack your popcorn and treats for the scheduled pickup or delivery.

How long does it take to receive our popcorn?

Fundraiser orders are typically ready 2–3 weeks after your final order deadline. We’ll work with your group ahead of time to schedule a pickup or delivery date that fits your fundraising timeline.

For groups planning around a specific event, trip, or deadline, we recommend setting your dates with Pop Corner before the fundraiser begins so we can allow plenty of time for production and fulfillment.

Can schools, sports teams and other organizations participate?

Yes! Pop Corner fundraisers are a great fit for schools, student groups, sports teams, clubs, and other youth organizations raising money for trips, uniforms, camps, competitions, equipment, special projects, and more.
