For In Store Orders: If you order a menu item and are not satisfied, please speak with a team member so we can fix the issue. Thank you!
For Online Orders Returns and Refunds:
a. Non-Returnable Food Products: Due to the consumable nature of our popcorn products, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened or consumed, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
b. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your request. Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
c. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for defective or damaged products will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If a refund is granted, it will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Shipping charges for returning the item may be reimbursed if the return is due to our error.
d. Incorrect Orders: In the event that you receive an incorrect order, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you as soon as possible, and we may request the return of the incorrect item at our expense.
e. Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. f. Exclusions: Please note that our return policy does not cover issues arising from improper storage or handling of our products after delivery, including but not limited to exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture.
